Cooperativa La Radice packaging and protective containers for goods and food

The La Radice Social Cooperative was founded in 1994 and decided to enter the industrial production of packaging items. The start-up, full of pitfalls and unknowns, was faced with enthusiasm by the members, who took advantage of the inclusion of the first disadvantaged subjects belonging to psychiatric disorders.

After initial years of successes and failures, the Cooperative definitively stabilizes in its sector, obtaining the full trust of its customers. In his significant period of life he was able to bring several disadvantaged individuals back to full professional ability who are currently employed in other companies in the province.

At present the company employs around twenty people, seven of whom are disadvantaged. Despite the reality of intense industrial competition exacerbated by the ongoing pandemic, the Cooperativa Sociale La Radice stably maintains the number of employees, together with all the protections to which they are entitled by right.

The immediate future sees the company firmly consolidated in the sector to which it belongs and with valid reasons for a peaceful guarantee for the mission it has pursued since its birth.
